Our 2024 ATV Fun Run is Saturday 8-31-2024 to honor our Dedicated Armed Services, Police, Fire, EMS, Nurse and all other First Responders. Registration from 9:00 until 11:00 am at Settings Restaurant, 8151 Pineview Dr, Mancelona, MI 49659. 

The Salute to Services Event is on 9-1-2024 from Noon to 4:00 pm at Lakes of the North Airport.



Thanks to all who attended and to all the volunteers who made last year's event so great!

 ATV Fun Run

Each year the Airport committee organizes an ATV Run.  It begins and ends at the Airport, adjacent to our community airport.  What better way to see the wonderful Northern Lower Michigan?

This is an all-volunteer event staffed by our Airport Committee members and our Friends of the Airport (FOA) members.  Volunteers can:

​

            Help with registration

            Staff stop-off sites

            Place signs at stop-off sites and gather them afterward

            Gather donated items for silent-auction

            Distribute publicity materials

            Place scavenger-hunt items

​

The proceeds are used to make improvements to our airport and community.
